What a wonderful and blessed time we shared at our Ladies’ Prayer Breakfast! Our morning was filled with delicious food, uplifting fellowship, heartfelt prayer, and a powerful message from our visiting preacher from America.
Our visiting preacher Pastor Steve Hofmaier shared an inspiring message from Matthew 18 on the importance of forgiveness. We were reminded that forgiveness is not about bringing someone up for their offence or proving them wrong, but rather about winning our brother or sister in Christ back in love and restoring the relationship.
Just as Christ has forgiven us our greatest debt, we are called to extend that same grace, mercy and forgiveness to others. What a beautiful reminder of the love God has shown us and the love we are called to show one another.
It was a special opportunity for us to come together as women of faith, encourage one another, strengthen our relationship with God, and reflect on His goodness and faithfulness in our lives.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, helped organise the event, prepared the food, and contributed to making the morning so memorable. We are also grateful to our visiting preacher for sharing God’s Word and encouraging us in our walk with Him.
May we continue to walk in love, extend grace, practise forgiveness, and build one another up in Christ. May the unity and encouragement we shared continue to grow in our hearts and in our church family.
